By visiting the Memory Illumination website, registering with Memory Illumination, or using any Memory Illumination services, you are accepting and agree to comply with this policy.

This Privacy Policy covers Memory Illumination's treatment of personal information that Memory Illumination gathers when you are on the Memory Illumination website and when you use Memory Illumination services. Memory Illumination cookies do not collect personal information.

Memory Illumination has also implemented the Invisible reCAPTCHA API to help protect our website from spam and abuse. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can always opt not to disclose information, but then you may be unable to use certain features on our website. By visiting your User Profile, you can correct, amend, add, or delete personal information on our website.

If you do not wish to receive email from us, please visit the Settings of your User Profile and/or follow the instructions contained in the unwanted email message. Please note that you will continue to receive all system emails and legal notices from us unless you terminate your registration.

Children Under 18

You must be 18 years and older to register to use the Memory Illumination website. Memory Illumination does not specifically collect information about children. If we learn that Memory Illumination has collected information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We recommend that minors under the age of 18 ask and receive permission from a legal guardian before using Memory Illumination.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Memory Illumination may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
